Origin
Zuzha Yu was born in China and later moved to Canada, where he eventually became a professional wrestler before discovering his mutant abilities. His mutation caused severe dwarfism, limiting his height to approximately 3 feet tall, but granting him superhuman strength far exceeding what his diminutive frame would suggest. Rather than view his condition as a curse, Yu embraced it, becoming a formidable hand-to-hand combatant and joining various military and covert operations teams before finding his place with the X-Men.
Powers & Abilities
Puck's primary mutant power is superhuman strength, allowing him to lift and move objects many times his own body weight. His enhanced durability makes him remarkably resistant to injury, able to withstand impacts that would cripple normal humans. He possesses exceptional agility and acrobatics, using his compact frame to navigate environments with remarkable speed and precision. His combat training spans multiple disciplines, making him a deadly martial artist and hand-to-hand combatant. Puck also exhibits limited healing factor abilities, though less pronounced than some mutants, allowing him to recover from injuries faster than baseline humans.
Key Relationships
Puck has served alongside numerous X-Men teams, developing particularly strong bonds with teammates who respected his abilities regardless of his stature. His partnership with Wolverine was notably influential, as both share a gruff, no-nonsense approach to combat. He maintains complex relationships with various Canadian superhero teams and has worked extensively in covert operations alongside government agents.

Despite his size disadvantage, Puck has repeatedly defeated opponents significantly larger than himself through superior technique and ruthlessness. He has survived battles with major Marvel villains and continues to prove that physical stature is irrelevant to combat effectiveness. His decades of active service represent an unmatched track record of survival and mission success.
