Origin
Alien X is the Omnitrix's transformation of a Celestialsapien, an incredibly rare and powerful alien species. Ben first accessed this form in the original Ben 10 series but struggled to control it due to the unique physiology of Celestialsapiens. The transformation was unlocked when Ben needed an extremely powerful form to combat major threats, and it has remained one of his most devastating yet difficult-to-use aliens throughout the franchise.
Powers & Abilities
Alien X possesses reality warping and cosmic manipulation at the highest levels, capable of restructuring matter, controlling gravitational forces, and manipulating space-time itself. He can create and destroy universes, teleport across vast distances, generate powerful energy blasts, and achieve near-omnipotent feats. However, Alien X's body is inhabited by two conscious personalities—Bellicus (representing aggression) and Serena (representing pacifism)—alongside Ben's consciousness. Any action requires unanimous agreement from all three, making decisive combat nearly impossible. This limitation ironically makes him both the most and least useful form in Ben's arsenal.

Alien X is intrinsically connected to Ben Tennyson as his Omnitrix transformation. The personalities of Bellicus and Serena frequently conflict with Ben's judgment, creating internal struggle. In later series, Ben gradually learns to negotiate and convince both personalities to cooperate, improving the form's usability.
Notable Feats
Alien X has performed reality-altering feats including restructuring entire landscapes, creating interdimensional portals, and combating cosmic-level threats. He demonstrated his power by helping restore universes and battling entities of similar cosmic caliber. Despite his limitations, when all three personalities agree, Alien X has proven capable of resolving situations no other transformation could handle.
